2. Data and purposes
- Contact form: first and last name, email, telephone, message and necessary technical data, to answer and follow up your enquiry.
- Security and operation: IP address, technical logs, session identifiers and browser information, to secure the website, prevent abuse and correct errors.
- Analytics: browsing information, only after consent, to produce statistics and improve the website.
- External services: Google Maps only after consent, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form from automated submissions.
3. Legal bases
Enquiries are processed to take pre-contractual steps and under our legitimate interest in answering professional contacts. Security processing is based on our legitimate interest and protection duties. Google Analytics and Google Maps are enabled only with consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Recipients and providers
Data may be accessed by authorised Expert Vision staff and necessary technical providers, including hosting, email and Google for Analytics, Maps and reCAPTCHA. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Google services may involve processing in the United States or elsewhere. International transfers rely on an applicable adequacy decision or the GDPR standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards.

- contact enquiries: for handling and follow-up, normally no more than three years after the last contact unless law or a dispute requires longer;
- security logs: no more than twelve months unless an incident requires longer;
- consent choice: six months before a new choice is requested;
- Google Analytics data: according to the Analytics account setting and no longer than needed for statistics.
